Steele Wash provides pressure washing services in the Northwest Arkansas area and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We understand schedules change, so please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, as repeat last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. Steele Wash operates exclusively in the Northwest Arkansas area and jobs outside our service area are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Steele Wash is not responsible for damage to surfaces with pre-existing conditions such as cracks, chips, deterioration, loose materials, or improper installation. It is the customer's responsibility to disclose any known vulnerabilities or fragile areas before work begins. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our services, we carry insurance and will work with you in good faith to make it right. By scheduling services with Steele Wash, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
